Payment Plans and Extensions

If you’ve received a larger bill than usual, or simply need some help paying your current bill, we have a range of payment plan solutions available to support you.

Short term payment plans or an extension are best if you think you need a bit more time to pay your current or next bill, rather than needing ongoing financial support. Longer payment plans will be available if you continue to experience financial difficulties or are experiencing hardship.

Life Support

If someone in your household relies on life support equipment, you need to register this equipment with us so we can help you manage planned and unplanned interruptions.

Please contact us on 13 14 04 (Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm Sydney time) to register your premises with us as soon as possible.
