In the case of an energy fault or outage, you can contact us on 13 14 04 (and choose option 1) or your distributor. Your distributor's contact details should be available on its website. The charge for a call to each of these numbers is no more than the cost of a local call.

No contact list
In accordance with the energy laws, we have and maintain a 'no contact list' in relation to our residential customers. If you wish to add your name and home address to that list, call us on 13 14 04 (Monday - Friday 9am-6pm AEST) or email us and we will not market to you at your home or by post. You will remain on our 'no contact list' for two years, after which you will need to renew your request to stay on the list.
