Paying your bill

You can pay your bill in several ways. You’ll also find all the available payment methods on your most recent bill from us.

Direct debit

Set up automated payments using your bank account, credit card or debit card by choosing Direct Debit as your preferred payment method when you sign up to Ampol Energy.

Already an Ampol Energy customer?

It's easy to set up a direct debit using the Ampol app. You just need to:

  1. Log into the Ampol app. Remember to use the same email address you used to sign up to Ampol Energy.
  2. Go to the 'Profile' tab and select 'Payment methods'
  3. Choose 'Set up payment method'
  4. Add your payment details (credit card / debit card / bank account)
  5. Read and agree to our Direct Debit Request Service Agreement and review our payment processing fees to complete your set up.

You can also change or remove your payment method within the Ampol app.
